Business Analyst- TLM/Reconciliations

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced TLM Business Analyst to join the asset management arm of a global Investment Bank. Your role will be to analyse project delivery tasks and provide TLM expertise to the banks reconciliation programme.

Key Responsibilities

- To interpret business requirements to produce analysis for projects, ensuring that the expected benefits, are achieved and that the supporting business operating model is successfully established.

- To provide TLM expertise within the Programme and analysis support to ensure effective delivery of agreed

- Analysis of business requirements and relative priority for the creation of an effective, capable and suitable reconciliation solution for Transfer Agency and Accounting Valuation

- Technical knowledge of TLM/reconciliation processes to support the Business Analysts and Project Managers during analysis and documentation of requirements

- Design and management of the implementation organisational change process ensuring operational readiness

- Communicating and reporting effectively with all stakeholders, users and team members, providing regular reassurance regarding progress and taking control of potential conflicts of interest and priorities between business groups.

- Creating test and migration plans as well as orchestrating and executing these plans in conjunction with IT and users

- Constructively raising key issues and risks on projects particularly in regard to operational matters.

- Ownership for the creation and maintenance of overall current state and future state process flows and operating models.

- Undertake implementation forward planning in association with business users, project managers and IT.

Key skills

- In depth knowledge of the Smartstream TLM reconciliation solution

- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst on reconciliation projects.

- Knowledge of Transfer Agency and/or Accounting and Valuations reconciliation processes and complete end-to-end model including off-shored processes is an advantage.

- Experience in building and executing system testing and migration strategies
