Business Analyst – Wealth Management Operations recruitment
UBS Operations SG/HK is embarking on an ambitious change program over the next 5 years to improve the operating platform on which Wealth Management Operations SG/HK provides its services.
You will participate in 1 or more of the projects in our portfolio.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Manage projects throughout their lifecycle
- Perform front to back analysis of business flows and document detailed business requirements by partnering with line subject matter experts
- Support the planning of project activities across multiple functions including various different IT teams
- Prepare and coordinate/perform execution of the user acceptance testing and business integration / readiness.
- Assist in the preparation of regular status communications to stakeholders and sponsors
- Develop positive working relationships with internal stakeholders
Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- Detailed understanding of Securities Operations (Clearing Settlement and Corporate Actions) across asset class, markets and processes
- At least 3-4 years of exposure change management and familiarity with project management lifecycles
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Good team player
