Business Analyst with Offshoring experience
Our client is looking to recruit an experience Business Analyst who has a background in financial services for a contracting position to start asap.
This position will be involved in off shoring of operational roles within the business. Due to the confidentially of the project at this stage, we are unable to disclose the finer points of the project at present.
The BA within this role will be required to define the end to end migration of in scope processes to the target end state. You will be responsible for defining and documenting the high level requirements and the 'to be' operating solution.
You will also be supporting the production of business cases and designing, testing and managing the implementation of cultural and operational change.
The successful applicant for this position will have
Extensive Business Analyst experience within financial services
Experience in complex relocation and business consolidation projects
A strong mix of both business and technology projects
The ability to co-ordinate large cross functional projects and initiatives.
