Business Analyst/Program Manager-Investment Co. -Boston recruitment
Responsibilities would include: program manager/strategic planning that might involve: Market analysis, competitor intelligence, customer research, product assessment, Financial analysis and modeling, regulatory changes, and technology changes.
This role makes recommendations to senior management on strategy development, new product evaluation, market opportunities and business management.
Candidates must have demonstrated success working in a strategy role with a major financial consulting firm or with a financial services company. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in or with asset management firms.
Candidates must have anywhere from 3-7 years of experience, an MBA or advanced quantitative degree, and be both a conceptual thinker and an individual contributor as a strategic consultant or program manager.
Candidates must have superior communication skills and be able to analyze, assess, synthesize, design and develop complex amounts of data and create tools and techniques for managing this information.
Software skills required are: SharePoint, Visio, Think, and MS Office
