Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is currently looking for an Infrastructure Business Analyst/Project Manager for the IS Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for executing all steps of the project life cycle.

Job Description:
The Infrastructure Business Analyst/Project Manager will support the opening of community outreach clinics statewide, ensuring the networks in those clinics are connected with the health system. Gather and develop business requirements (including clinical workflows and networking technology functional requirements), while communicating with the LAN/WAN and telephony vendors to ensure connectivity to the Internet for the patient rooms. The individual will partner with both the internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs), clients and project stakeholders to ensure the design and build requirements satisfy the identified business needs.
-- Elicit various requirements utilizing interviews, documentation analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and workflow analysis.
-- Critically evaluate the information collected from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying and true needs.
-- Proactively communicate and collaborate with the external and internal clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed:
1. Functional and business requirements documents
2. Clinical workflow specifications
3. Technical specifications
4. High level resource and equipment cost estimates
-- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
-- Work with the users to define concepts (both independently and under the direction of the Project Managers).
-- Serve as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in gathering and developing business requirements within an information technology environment is required, as well as experience in enterprise requirements definition and management systems methodologies. Experience in networking and telephony (such as T1s) equipment is also required, in addition to experience in interacting with network and telephony vendors. Experience in conducting site surveys and replacing drops within a building is essential, along with experience in the Microsoft Office suite. Solid skills in analysis, conflict and issue resolution and written and oral communication are also essential, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field. Healthcare industry (including telemedicine) experience is required.

Preferred Skills:
Certifications in various process methodologies is preferred, such as CMM, CMMI or Lean/Six Sigma.

6-month contract-to-hire position with 40+ hours per week required. NOTE: We are unable to work on a corp-to-corp basis for these positions.
