Business Architect / Programme Manager, Business Change / Transformation, Insurance, London. My client is a leading Financial Services company, currently looking for a Business Change professional to lead the development of business transformation and Target Operating Model changes across the business. The role will involve improvements to the process framework, strategy development and roll out, delivering improvements within business operations and ensuring existing structures are fit for purpose.
To be successful in this role you must have;
Proven Business Architecture and Target Operating Model experience
Proven Business Change delivery and process improvement experience
Proven experience of working in a retail / transaction based environment - preferably within Financial Services, however, non FS companies will be considered.
