Process Improvement, BPR, Process Architecture, Operational Excellence, Insurance, Financial Services. My client is a leading Insurance brand, currently undertaking a major business process review across all business units to align operational efficiency and customer service.
The role will involve;
Developing process frameworks across multiple operating units
Creating a process library
Documenting all process controls required
Undertaking GAP analysis to identify improvements required
Providing coaching and training
Supporting the standardisation of processes across the business
To be successful in this role you must have a proven track record of successfully delivering process improvement initiatives. Ideally you will hold a Six Sigma or Lean certification, however, a Project Management methodology would be considered (Prince 2, APM or similar). Experience within the Insurance industry or wider Financial Services would be beneficial, however, a Blue Chip company background would also be considered.
