Business Architect recruitment
Leading European Investment Bank has an opportunity to join a small but growing Business Architecture Office. The role involves creating a Target operating model for the bank, based on business strategy that is valid, efficient and effective for all asset classes and all business units.
You will derive an according business architecture model, getting buy in from all business units. You must have excellent communication skills for building stakeholder relationships and convincing of the value in building an operating model, it also requires you to contribute to change impact assessments, review and provide quality assurance for solution designs and scope definitions and help define performance goals, metrics and key milestones for the proposed solutions.
The successful candidate will be a Business Analyst with broad Derivatives product knowledge. You should be structured and methodical and have experience of working in a trading environment.
