Business Change Manager recruitment
Reporting to board level, in a business facing capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full-scope Change and Project delivery solution for multiple initiatives, as required across Front Office, Operations and Compliance.
Contributing to the strategic development of business architecture, duties will include current state analysis, development of target operating models and production of business case documentation, before taking ownership of end-to-end solution delivery in conjunction with IT development, where required. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for oversight of service delivery, from 3rd party vendors.
Ideally with demonstrable subject matter expertise around operational trade capture and processing, the successful candidate will also be required to evidence a solid track record of end-to-end project delivery across both BA and PM scope. Previous exposure to hedge fund/fund of fund products will also be essential.
