Business Change Project Manager (VP)
Our client is an Oil and Gas MNC in the exploration and trading business. Due to growth plans, they are currently looking for an experienced Change Project Manager. This individual will report directly to the Head of Business Integration and Change and will be accountable for managing projects initiated by the business or systems transformation teams.
You will be accountable for managing projects that are initiated by the business and will work closely with the business and functions (including commercial team, traders, operations, middle and back office) to ensure the successful delivery of transformation projects. You will ensure that all projects undertaken will have a clear plan. This includes defining data, business requirements of the projects and internal functions, as well as develop coordinate and run test scenarios. You will also document and develop the processes necessary for the execution phase of the project. You will also ensure all projects are in compliant with the Group’s internal assurance and control guidelines.
You must hold a university degree in a business discipline, with at least 10-12 years of work experience and the last 8 years in a project management role. Experience in a physical commodity trading environment will be advantageous. Candidates from banking with an extensive exposure in global markets or the trading business will be also strongly considered. Certified Project Management Professional (‘PMP’) is also desired. You will also be an excellent communicator, a strong team player and a self-starter who is able to take the initiative and work independently under pressure.
