Business controller till Klarna Job in Stockholm City, Stockholm Sweden
Klarna is looking for a Business Controller who is ready to take the chance to great responsibility and to have impact on Klarna's business and performance.
Responsibilities
As a business controller within our “Department Controller team” you will be responsible towards the largest business division, Operations. You will be highly involved in the daily operations of your division and work closely together with the Operation Management. You will also be part of the Finance division and will report to the Business Analysis Manager.
The responsibilities and tasks can be divided into:
- Being the finance business partner for the Operation division
You will act as the business partner for the division, driving and analyzing business and financial related matters for the division.
- Forecasting and scenario building
You will be responsible for providing timely and detailed input to the overall forecasting process on a regular basis.
- Reporting and analysis
You will be responsible for continuous reporting, tracking and follow-up of financial actuals related to the division
- Driving improvement / change projects within and outside of division
You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and exploring improvement opportunities within the division and for the business as a whole and drive change by leading projects that support the implementation of areas of improvement identified
The Operations division is responsible for the direct contact with all our customers – both people using Klarna when they shop online and merchants who have Klarna as a payment option. The Operations handle a wide range of questions – from technical problems to debt collection and sale. Today you can find the Operations division in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland and Norway.
The position as business controller gives you a chance to great responsibility and impact on Klarna's business and performance.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of work experience from business controlling, preferably from international organizations.
You have a master's degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, management or a similar field. It will be seen as a big plus if you have other merits outside of studying and working .
You speak and write English fluently.
Your personality is characterized by a very strong personal drive and commitment. You are structured and methodical in your approach. Your communication skills are very high and you are used to having many parallel contacts within the organization.
