Business Developer
My client provides technology solutions to the events sector - having found a gap in the market just over a year ago, they have enjoyed phenomenal success, and are now looking for another business developer to join their team based in Maidenhead.
This is a role and company which would suit someone with technology sales experience, as they provide complex solutions for event managers and in turn the visitors to their events in the form of mobile apps and web portals. If you love the latest tech toys and are passionate about technology generally, this will be for you!
Although a complex solution, this market does not call for extended lead times because of the nature of the industry, so you will need to be a closer as well as a consultative sales person. As this is a young company, there is a huge amount of new business to go for, so the ability to pick up the phone and start from scratch is vital - however, they are in the fantastic position of having been so well received that they not only have a superb client base already, but they also have many warm leads to follow up and convert. This therefore needs a truly rounded salesperson, able to start, close and then manage ongoing business.
