We’re hiring someone with some sales expertise to join our lovely (and soon redecorated) office, right at the entrepreneurial heart of Lisbon. It’s very simple: we want to offer our users the best tech jobs in the market and we want you to help us achieve this! Besides, with our recent move to London (spearheaded by our founder and Entrepreneur in Residence Pedro Oliveira), we need someone able to attract the best Londoner tech jobs to our platform.
Once you jump into our team, you will be responsible for communicating with employers that are searching for the best-talented people out there. You will develop your skills to more easily identify growth opportunities with an advanced usage of our platform and will work in sync with @Bento, our Head of Operations, to strategically upsell.

Main requirements
- More than 1 year of experience in a sales role
- Tremendous sales skills. You are able to understand the customer’s pains and you have a “problem solver” mentality, being capable of figuring out the solution and how to execute it
- You both speak and write English like a native! Your communication skills are superb, you know your audience and how to reach it
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient and able to operate autonomously. You demonstrate the ability to have initiative, take ownership and follow through
- Detail-oriented. You have a keen eye for detail and care deeply about consistency

- You’ve been through hiring processes and know how painful they can be for both candidates and employers
