We are looking for someone with experience in tech recruitment to join our dynamic and challenging workplace at Lisbon’s magical downtown. You will work closely with @Bento, our Head of Operations, and you will have a really simple mission: help awesome people land amazing tech jobs.
What would be your major responsibilities?
- Establishing a close communication with companies that are using Landing.jobs, understanding their hiring needs and increasing their appeal
- Sourcing suitable candidates for our Premium Clients (such as Muzzley, Talkdesk, Miniclip, …)
- Talking to candidates and making sure they fit the right employers
- Help us improving our internal processes and be responsible for increasing our growth rithm, collaborating with everyone on team to develop onboarding plans for new potential candidates and employer leads
- Spread the word about Landing.jobs offers and promote our brand within new markets

Main requirements
- More than 1 year of experience in a tech recruitment role
- Even if you can’t code, you know every programming language and their use. Or at least you know how to search for that info
- Tremendous communication skills. You can easily speak and write in perfect English and you love connecting with people
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient and able to operate autonomously. You’re someone who takes initiative, ownership and follows through
- You must be really and truly great at finding the most skilled and talented candidates for our amazing clients!

- You’ve been through hiring processes and know how painful they can be for both candidates and employers
