Business Development Analyst/Associate recruitment

Candidates will have between 4 and 8 years of capital markets sales or brokerage experience. Candidates from other backgrounds, with demonstrably strong business development/sales track records are welcome to apply as well.

The analyst/associate will perform a key role in the marketing effort, targeting companies and acquiring new business including: converting both hot and cold leads, conducting pitches and undertaking follow-up activities.  They will source new client companies and manage marketing campaigns. Possessing a history of self driven initiative and revenue generation the candidate will join a well established firm during a significant growth period.

Summary:

• 4-8 years of experience in a business development//sales position in financial markets/corporate finance;

• Proven experience of developing effective relationships with client prospects during the sales process

• Adept at client liaison and communication and possessing excellent negotiation skills.

• Broad knowledge and understanding of financial markets and macro-economic issues

• Strong team player, able to involve, engage and motivate members of the research team in the sales process.
