Business Development/ Corporate Strategy Manager – Hedge Fund recruitment
Our client is a top global investment manager, investing in equities, real estate, alternatives. They manage multi-billions for investors and are a private investment group.
They are now looking to recruit a Business development manager to their team, who will work on:
- commercial business development for the firm
- formulation of strategies for business development of the fund
- meeting with investors and developing relationships, understanding their needs
- identification of new opportunities in funds, markets and sectors
Candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds which will include:
- strategy or business development professionals from major financial services firms (its ideal for a strategy professional from one of the big retail banks/ asset managers who is frustrated with lack of impact)
- strategy consultants
- buy or sell side equiity analysts keen to move into a business development role
Candidates are likely to have between 4- 8 years experience and there is flexibility around this
