Enterprise Account Manager recruitment

A fast growing Virtualization Technology business is expanding in Asia and has new head counts for Enterprise Account Manager positions based in Singapore. These are fantastic career opportunities for passionate technology sales people who want to be part of a 'start up' in this region.

The key role of the Enterprise Account Manager is to sell the company's products into a predominantly blue chip customer base and build up the territory by identifying the most lucrative opportunities and developing an on-going sales campaign. Another essential part of the role is to build strong channel partnerships in the region.

This will be achieved by:
- Planning and managing sales initiatives with the internal sales team.
- Direct contact and meetings with end user customers with the support of the technical team as required.
- Working effectively with other Major Account Managers and Channel partners.
- Coordination of end user events for specific customer groups
- Working closely with the presales and technical resource to support the customer in successful evaluations of our software and gain commitment to purchase.

Role Requirements:
- 8 years + Software Sales experience within the IT Industry in Asia
- Successful track record in the local environment with enterprise accounts as well as channel partners
- Experience working for start up environments
- Dynamic high energy approach
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Proven ability to develop and execute 'go-to-market' plans in Asia
- Ability to work and build relationships at all levels
- Ability to inspire confidence within the team and with other areas of the business and industry.
- Flexible with 70-80% travel in the region and comfortable working from home based office
