Within Virgin Fast track twice and Sunday Times Best Companies - The Outcome Delivery Partner – Practicus, specialises in the practical delivery of business and technology change and is currently looking to grow its consulting division within the Financial Services market.
We are hiring a team of Business Development Directors to help develop new business and maintain client relationships within the Financial Services sector.
You will have comprehensive FS knowledge and ideally have previous mid-large scale consulting practice experience.
We are also looking for a proven track record in:
- Proactively build relationships to drive business development
- Identifying opportunities within target financial services clients to provide business and technology change project teams
- Work with stakeholders and procurement to agree relevant routes to supply
- Leading proposal development with Engagement Director
- Commercial negotiations
- Agreeing and managing project milestones with Engagement Director
- Working with Community Manager to mobilise teams for project delivery
