Business Development Director – BPO
Company: Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider with an established presence in the UK.
Client requirement: To recruit a proven Business Development Director who can penetrate and close £multi Million outsourcing contracts within the Financial Services verticals.
Role specifics: Home based and covering the UK. Strategic business development targeting £5 Million+ multi year BPO contracts across Financial Services focussed business sectors such as Banking and Insurance. The Business Development Director will sell across our clients full range of Business Process outsourcing solutions offered both onshore and offshore. The Business Development Director will work closely with the bid and technical teams to present and close successful solutions. The primary focus of the role is to generate and close new business opportunities though there will also be a level of account management and growth within existing Financial Services companies.
Applicant must haves: Proven and progressive track record of business development success within a Business Process Outsourcing related arena. You must also have a stable sales career with no more than three employers/roles within the last 5 years. Minimum degree level education though Masters degree preferred.
For this role our client requires someone with a demonstrable sales track record of selling BPO into the Financial Services sectors.
As with the nature of such a senior level sales position the successful applicant will have exceptional presentation skills and a persona that builds credibility at client Boardroom level.
