Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the corporate business development initiatives and mergers and acquisitions across Europe.
- Oversee all due diligence activities working with the Global Services teams to ensure due diligence processes are completed.
- Manage research projects, prepare financial analyses, including the development of financial models and make recommendations to the Corporate Business Development Group and senior management regarding prospective acquisition and strategic relationship candidates.
The successful candidate will ideally possess a substantial amount of experience in the following areas:
- Investment banking and/or business development background with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Multilingual to support acquisition activity in Europe and fluent in at least two of the following languages in addition to English - Polish, German, Spanish, Italian or French.
- Strong negotiating skills, interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage activities with differing objectives.
