Hours: 8.30 – 5 (Monday to Friday)
Opportunity to work for one of the largest commercial property companies in the North of England.
With over 100 properties across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham, we provide office space, serviced and virtual offices, meeting rooms and retail premises to companies across a range of different business sectors.
The Business Development Team has responsibility for a number of functions that make up the front end of the company’s sales process including the logging and qualification of leads and enquiries for our product.
As the sole person responsible for office leads you will require a great level of autonomy and initiative to work and take responsibility for office enquiries. Experience of accountability for an activity or process will be advantageous.
Duties
· Act as the central function for receipt of 100 (pw) leads for the office product across a variety of channels
· Respond to received leads within 1 hour of receipt
· Ability to know when to ‘dead’ off leads
· Lead qualification including
- Assessment of lead quality
- Appropriateness to our product range
· Discussion of alternative options and objection handling
· Log all live enquiries on our sales system accurately and timely
· To manage enquiry pipeline and book in viewings for the sales team
· Ability to assist the Sales Team to be able to drive deals quickly through to completion
· Have clear understanding of the office product, availability and pricing
Experience
· 2+ years experience in a sales or order taking environment
· Excellent organisational skills and time management
· Good telephone manner
· Experience of data entry
· Ability to build strong relationships with external partners - Agents/Brokers
· Persistence to chase leads
· Flexibility to work in an evolving and fast moving environment
· Experience of having sole responsibility for an activity or process
