Business Development Executive – POS and Merchant Focus recruitment

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing agreed high potential partners offers to enrich acquisition channels platform and dominating valuable offer communications recourses as effective sales tools on top of BAU relationship maintenance. You will own end to end execution to ensure expected sales goals stimulate loan needs and manage merchant to enhance customer privilege. Besides, you will be responsible for leading a wining team with good aspiration, leaning capability, team work, governance and motivation and continuously train coach both direct reports – BD manager frontline with proven efficient sales model to boost performance. To achieve cross referral and channel resource integrations, you will have to cooperate with other alliance team. You should collect market and channel feedback, information on a daily basis and prepare timely solutions against competition.
