Our client started life as an independent specialist supplier of Stainless Steel products: it is now part of Europe's largest independent stockholders, processors, and distributors, of Steels, Aluminium, Titanium, Nickel Copper Alloys

 

The company has however retained its expertise in providing customers with bespoke components, specialising particularly in stainless steel tubular products and aluminium extrusions, however as part of a larger group it also has access to the UK's largest and most comprehensive stock of standard products in stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and bronze.

 

The role has been created as a consequence of the promotion within the Group of the previous incumbent.  The person appointed as his successor in the role will therefore inherit a portfolio of existing clients generating healthy sales revenues.  You will also be expected to generate new business with new clients, supported by an internal sales team

 

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate proven knowledge skills and experience selling Stainless Steel and related products to end user clients.  You must also be a good communicator adept at fact finding and building on-going and enduring business relationships.  This is a fast paced demanding sales environment where the whole team is committed to hitting targets and maintaining the company’s impressive record of growth and success.  It is essential you are IT Literate and numerate.
