Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager your primary role will be to develop and manage new and existing relationships with key stakeholders within blue chip organisations with a view to increase member numbers through corporate networking, client profiling and cold calling.
Other responsibilities will include:
Developing strategic account plans for each organisation, focusing on growth opportunities;
Identifying key decision makers including CFOs, Heads of Finance, HR Executives, Learning and Development Executives etc. and building beneficial and sustainable relationships;
Presenting to and engaging with employees and key stakeholders from C-Level thru to graduates to achieve agreed KPI's which include new member growth and uptake of the organisation's other offerings within many of the large existing accounts. This role will also involve speaking in front of large audiences about the benefits of the programme.
You will be a tertiary qualified individual that is passionate and driven and has strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. You will have -5+ years experience working in a sales role within the professional services sector dealing with C-Level Executives. You will have experience managing relationships and be able to demonstrate a proven track record developing and maintaining long term business relationships and maximising growth potential from an existing client portfolio. In addition you must posses excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills as well as an ability to engage and build rapport with both students and senior academics.
