Your Base will be between $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience + $20,000 Car Allowance + Super + Laptop + Phone + a Lucrative, Uncapped Commission Structure that will see you earning circa $120,000 on target. What you will be doing:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be promoting Aged Care Solutions Solutions targeting C-Level decision makers and key opinion leaders within Nursing homes. You will be responsible for growing an existing network of clients as well as targeting and ultimately winning new business opportunities, focusing on increasing market share across a defined territory within Brisbane. You will also be required to maintain an in-depth understanding of market requirements, interacting closely with clients and providing feedback and assistance with development of strategies to market. You will work autonomously and self managed with support from your National Sales Manager as needed.

You must have to apply to this role:
- A proven track record in Business Development and Account Management within Aged Care markets
- A Passion for Aged care
- Strong client focus/care
- A history of achieving sales budgets consistently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- 4 years external, business to business sales experience
- Experience selling medical capital equipment or diagnostics to the medical/healthcare industry
- A Degree or Tertiary qualifications, ideally in Radiography or a similar related field
