Business Development Manager, Asia (Human Resources Practice) recruitment

The Company
Our client is a publicly traded global organization providing data analysis, research and advisory services to corporate and institutional clients.

The Role
You will drive revenue growth within the Human Resources Practice by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual quotas within assigned territory through face to face sales meetings. Gather business intelligence on companies across SE Asia and China, and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities; Conduct phone-based and live sales visits with senior executives and their teams to articulate the business model and value proposition.

Your Profile
You have over 5 years of corporate sales experience. You are a driven individual with proven track record selling to corporates. You have excellent presentation, writing and negotiation skills, ability to create and deliver convincing arguments. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive-level audience. Strong relationship building and networking ability. Experience selling intellectual products or services highly desirable. This role requires frequent travelling.
