Business Development Manager-Consumer Good(one of the world’s largest outsourcing companies) recruitment

Through a combination of strategic selling, analytical and relationship management skills, the individual will need to focus on securing relationships that build long-term client revenues and profitability. 

The remit will be to lead the entire sales cycle from marketing, campaign management and the creation of client specific value propositions through detailed account planning and finally to contract negotiation and closure.  The BDM will be ultimately responsible for ensuring that targets are met and ideal clients converted.

On the client side the focus will be on Board level client engagement and interaction leading multi-discipline teams and facilitating executive engagement.

On our Client side, the BDM will be expected to demonstrate an inclusive team-based approach to selling, fully utilizing a broad range of our client associates – including executive, sales support and delivery associates. Interaction will also be required with Industry Practices, Delivery Centers and Centers of Excellence in the UK, India and globally.

Gravitas, exemplary professional and personal integrity will be pre-requisite.
