Business Development Manager Job

The Business Development Manager is responsible for a range of activities including but not limited to:
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Relationship management of an existing client portfolio
- Preparing and delivering quotes and client presentations
- Safety management and compliance
- Job order management
- Monitoring temporary assignments to ensure retention of field employees
- Building effective internal relationships with recruitment consultants
The successful applicant will have demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in labour hire or white collar recruitment. You will be self-motivated and driven, outcome focused and an excellent communicator. You will have the ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive collaborative working relationships with clients and other stakeholders and basic to intermediate computer skills.
