A leadership position to create the prospects and develop the personnel, processes and contacts to oversee the delivery of activities in the establishment of a world-class commercial department directly supporting the business development and sales objectives of the Company.

 

Job Duties: 

 

·         Reporting to the joint Managing Directors

·         Build up professional and trusting relationship with existing and new customers

·         Develop and advise strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing and all other matters related to revenue generation

·         Understand sophisticated technically challenging client requirements

·         Set and manage client expectations

·         Personally pursue and close key sales opportunities and managing the sales process

·         Negotiating and closing business deals upon Directors’ approval

·         Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, etc

·         Actively generate support the development of market innovations and sales strategies

·         Building and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and reporting this to Management and key staff

·         Ensure sales offerings are closely coordinated and in alignment with internal product offerings.

·         Delivering presentations and proposals

·         Create clear, precise and properly detailed client job instructions and documentation for the internal product development process

·         Develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies

·         Coordinate internal teams from multiple disciplines to pursue key prospects

·         Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports and other functional groups.

·         Annual performance appraisal system for direct reports

·         Other duties as assigned by the board of Directors of the Company.

 

 

Desired Skills Experience:

 

·         Capability for high-value negotiations with high profile customers

·         International sales experience particularly in the broadcast or sports-entertainment fields preferred

·         Background of working with technology IT in a mobile and online multimedia context

·         Knowledge of International sports rights holders, federations and other stakeholders
