Business Development Manager role for top ten accountancy firm a newly created position.
The objective of this role is t drive lead generation and new revenue creation across the sector group by working closely with Partners to increase client growth and improve retention, and to drive new business development. This will involve identifying targets for new business and coaching the partners through the sales cycle to turn prospects into clients, creating insightful material that will act as a tool for business development or cross selling and the tracking of pipeline revenue. Candidates must be able to demonstrate commercial acumen in turning market issues into campaigns that will create opportunities. You must be credible and have the ability to coach and influence partners and be able to identify business development opportunities. The successful candidate will have gained similar experience in a professional services firm.
