PTS Managed Services (PTS MS) is a subsidiary of PTS Consulting, specialising in providing Enterprise grade IT solutions. PTS MS has developed its outsourced IT solutions through a convergence of our IT and Project Management skills and experiences and is now seeking a Business Development Manager with good IT background or experience to join this rapidly growing division. This is a challenging position with excellent career advancement and attractive OTE package.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Grow revenue by retaining existing and securing new IT managed services customers
- Develop the PTS Managed Services brand across all business sectors in Hong Kong, with particular focus on Private Equity, Professional Services, Asset Management and Hedge Funds
- Identify new business start-ups in Hong Kong and position PTS as a trusted outsource partner
- Help develop the PTS Managed Services Sales Marketing materials
- Run Sales campaigns to grow the business
- Develop and maintain key business contacts across the industry
- Provide account management activities to existing customers
- Develop new service lines to take to markets
- Prepare and deliver presentations as requested / required
- Keep abreast of any new developments or competitive information that may enhance or threaten growth initiatives within the company
- Attend industry networking events and support relevant marketing activities
- Perform market research and business intelligence
Qualifications and Specific Job Skills
- Degree or above in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or IT Graduate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience selling professional technology services
- Proven track record of winning new business and developing new relationships
- Ability to read and anticipate important business or market trends / drivers
- Ability to interpret business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Must have strong business acumen and influencing skills
- Presentable, professional and business oriented with a can-do mentality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with at all levels of an organization
- Excellent spoken and written English, with Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills an advantage
