Business Development Manager recruitment

Our client is a leading financial services institution that has been experiencing strong growth in the Business Banking division.

Reporting to the State Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships via brokers and advocates throughout the state. You will provide fast and accurate decisions with regard to the credit policy and the way it’s applied. You will need to build relationships across all areas of the bank including Partnership Managers, other BDM’s and the Business Banking division without compromising the credit decision making process. Some of the performance measures for this role include application quality, deal conversion and handover of deals to business portfolio teams.

Ideally degree qualified, you will have a well developed banking background having recently or currently be managing a portfolio. You will have advanced financial analysis skills with the ability to develop and write credit submissions within the principles of the credit policy. You will have well developed organisational and time management skills and a natural customer and compliance focus.
