Business Development Manager recruitment

In this role you will be driving client introductions to the whole banking group through the Geneva Private Banking Platform. You will manage accounts of introducers and co-ordinate with company advisers to generate increased conversion and revenue. You will work to establish the company’s positive reputation and clients within your geographical community through local businesses, forums, bodies and societies. You will be responsible for planning and facilitating both internal and external events for the company and its clients, and will represent your wealth management division at wider group-level meetings.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent with professional qualifications preferred. You should be able to communicate in business French and English due to the geographical nature of the role. You will bring excellent market knowledge, evidence of continuous learning and an ability to coach and increase the performance of individuals and teams. You should have strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and a proven ability to work in a complex business environment at the senior level and experience of managing a team.
