Business Development Manager- Risk Management Software Sales

 

Our client is a leading provider of risk management software and consulting solutions and has an immediate need for a Business Development Manager-Software Sales in Washington D.C.

Our client offers:

Position Requirements:

• Prospecting and converting leads into profitable business relationships

• Selling our client's full suite of credit and market risk software and consulting solutions

• Analyzing customer needs and turning a business problem into a customer solution

• Preparing and presenting sales proposals that result in a compelling business case for the prospects.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

• B.S./B.A. finance,  business management, economics or accounting required

• At least 5 years of outside sales experience

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience

• Experience in closing sales of risk management software solutions and consulting solutions at the institutional level.

• Ability to develop strong customer relationships

• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas

• Ability to illustrate ROI to C-level decision-makers and manage an extended and multi-tiered sales process

• An inherent “hunter” mentality and lead generation expertise as well as the ability to quickly identify and qualify sales opportunities to build and maintain a pipeline for new business

• Sharp financial analysis skills are a requirement for this solution-oriented sales opportunity.
