RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager the responsibilities for this position will included but not be limited to:

  • Developing relationships with clients and maximizing sales in a specified territory;

  • Demonstrate professionalism while providing exceptional customer service to raise the image of our company in the eyes of our clients;

  • Prepare quotations, tender documents and presentation packages for our clients;

  • Data base/record keeping of lead information, quotations and awards;

  • Meet and exceed specified sales targets for specified territory;

  • Assist Recruitment team with business development strategies;

  • Follow up on leads passed on by Branch Manager or other sources;

  • Maintain relationships with long-term and newly generated clients keeping them motivated towards our company and up to date with products;

  • Participate in job fairs;

  • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post secondary education preferred;

  • 1-3 years of proven outside sales success; experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but not necessary;

  • Excellent geographical knowledge of the City of Edmonton and surrounding areas;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal;

  • Professional and outgoing with a positive attitude;

  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations;

  • Ability to cold call and build lasting relationships;

  • Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player;

  • Exceptional customer service orientation, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness;

  • Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills are a must;

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new programs.

    Salary: Competitive Base Salary plus commissions and bonus; gas mileage reimbursement

    (Comprehensive benefits package after three month probation)
