About our Client
A regional business funding company is now looking for experienced Business Development Team Head to manage the funding solutions sales team in Hong Kong
Job Description
As the Business Development Team Head, you will be responsible for building and motivating the sales team in Hong Kong to provide suitable funding solutions including buying and selling receivables, cash advance etc to SME clients and merchants. You will also be responsible for formulating business development strategies and implementing solutions so as to achieve the assigned team sales goal. Other duties include providing regular training and coaching to the sales staff; work closely with other internal departments to enhance business productivity; assist on ad hoc projects etc.
The Successful Applicant
- University degree holder preferably in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of Business Development experience with not less than 3 years at supervisory level
- Excellent people management and communications skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a definite advantage
- Able to work under pressure
