Role description:
• Demonstrates strong technical skills required for the role, pays attention to detail, takes initiative to broaden his/her knowledge and demonstrates strong analytical skills
• Can handles multiple tasks, takes initiative to improve his/her own performance, works intensely towards challenging goals in the face of obstacles or setbacks
• Effectively handles difficult requests, builds positive relationships with users, helps the user to identify/define needs and manages expectations

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
• Strong working knowledge of core Java and Object Orientated Analysis/ Design
• Agile methodology experience; test driven design background / approach to development
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of SQL, databases, Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Investment Banking experience is essential.
• Risk knowledge, market risk is preferable
• Flex
• Previous exposure to a rapid response, mission-critical environment
• Experience Distributed Systems and Multi-threading
Successful candidates will be engaged under a contract for services by Resource Solutions.
