An exciting opportunity exists within our central Business Improvement team, with responsibility for identifying, shaping and building business transformation opportunities across the Allianz business. This is a key role, with opportunity for involvement across a diverse range of business transformation initiatives.
This will include:
- Acting as a senior leader in facilitating sustainable organisational change across Allianz
- Consulting with various Allianz business units, assessing unit performance, identifying improvement opportunities and quantifying organisational benefit
- Presenting and selling the benefits of proposed opportunities to the business
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders within the business, building project teams and empowering business leaders to execute proposed transformations
- Liaising with the business as a change leader throughout the implementation of agreed programmes of work
Key Skills Experience Required:
- Demonstrated experience in the conception of business improvement and transformation initiatives for large corporate organisations
- A background in Consulting to a variety of organisations would be ideal
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and deliver organisational change
- Experience in Project Management and Change Management
- Operational Excellence (OPEX) / Six Sigma training or qualifications would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication and influencing ability at all levels, especially senior levels of an organisation
- Results orientated, flexible and pragmatic approach
