Business Integration Analyst Job in Toronto/Gta, Ontario Canada

Our client in the health care industry is currently seeking a Business Integration Analyst. The Business Integration Analyst is responsible for working with both internal and external stakeholders in the identification and documentation of business processes and interface requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supports the Hospital Report Manager Business Operations Lead, Site Manager with stakeholder engagement

· Coordinates and facilitates working sessions with stakeholders;

· Develops tools and communications to support requirements gathering and implementation of HRM;

· Takes on team lead responsibilities as requested by Report Manager Business Operations Lead to support deployment;

· Proactively manages status/risk and escalates any issues as it pertains to interface requirements/specifications for resolution to the HRM Business Operations Lead in order to meet deployment targets.

· Works with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand, gather information and synthesize findings into business and technical documentation (e.g., report workflow, interface specifications, etc.)

· Reviews readiness assessment and accompanying samples of reports to understand business and system workflow involved with report generation and distribution at the source;

· Documents findings from data mapping activities into interface requirements;

· Performs gap analyses from source information system to EMR CDS, problem solves to inform interface requirements;

· Works with Operations and Testing Lead to assists with and monitor conformance testing for source information systems to physician practices, validates and updates interface requirements;

· Contributes to the improvement of the HRM deployment approach as part of an ongoing process.

· Work with cross-functional teams to understand, gather information and synthesize findings into business and technical documentation (e.g., clinician workflow, product design documentation, policy development, training material, etc.)

Knowledge Experience Required:

· Strong team player, positive attitude, takes initiative, and willing to help achieve success

· Strong ability to learn quickly, strong customer focus, experience with cross organizational/cross-discipline delivery partners and adapt to change in business landscape and working environment

· Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience in business analysis, requirements management

· Minimum of three (3) years experience in a healthcare consulting particularly in business
1-3 years of Healthcare IT experience (i.e., HIS and/or EMRs) is preferred

· Working knowledge or understanding of integration (i.e., HL7 interfaces, XML, Testing and development lifecycle)

· Ability to confirm objectives and drive them according to plan with a minimum supervision.

· Excellent written and oral presentation skills, able to present technical topics to non-technical audiences

· Conflict resolution and negotiation skills, superior interpersonal, organizational, and client-facing skills

· Able to travel within Ontario on an infrequent basis

· In-depth working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio)
