Business Integration and Change Analyst
Our client is an Oil and Gas MNC in the exploration and trading business. Due to growth plans, they are currently looking for a dynamic individual with strong project management experience to join their Change Management team based in Singapore.
You will be accountable for managing projects that are initiated by the business and will work closely with the business and functions (including commercial team, traders, operations, middle and back office) to ensure the successful delivery of transformation projects. You will ensure that all projects undertaken will have a clear plan. This includes defining data, business requirements of the projects and internal functions, as well as develop coordinate and run test scenarios. You will also document and develop the processes necessary for the execution phase of the project. You will also ensure all projects are in compliant with the Group’s internal assurance and control guidelines.
You must hold a university degree in a business discipline, with at least 6 years of experience in a commercial project management function. Experience in a physical trading environment will be advantageous. Certified Project Management Professional (‘PMP’) is also desired. You will also be an excellent communicator, a strong team player and a self-starter who is able to take the initiative and work independently under pressure.
