Business Intelligence Analyst-(QlikView, Business Objects)/Data Engineer (TCA)-Equity Hedge Fund
This role will report directly to the Head of Technology and will help in designing, developing and implementing new Trading Models, Reports and Visualization Dashboards and will play a major role influencing how this firm can better leverage data assets. The Candidate must have a quantitative degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Math and must have 5+ years of Business Intelligence experience with a buy side equity firm working with large complex data warehouses, demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence Software [Business Objects, QlikView, Cognos/Tableau/Spotfire], with high speed financial tick and data storage software [OneTick ,Kdb, Vhayu] and have current SQL programming skills. This is a new role and will be responsible for the keeping this firm current on gathering, sorting and delivering data for Trading, Reporting and Visualizing Activity and influencing how this firms will address all ongoing data related issues.
