Responsibilities
- Supports to manage and resolve complex inquiries from internal customers
- Delivers full range of program solutions – stand-up training, facilitation and team-based interventions to enhance effectiveness of learners
- Conducts and analyses learning needs through proactive interactions with the client
- Continually evaluates, assesses training curriculum, delivery and participants’ feedback to improve effectiveness of program design and delivery
- Builds trusting partnerships with DBS Centre of Competence, Business Human Resources and clients
Requirements
- Degree Holder with 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in stand up delivery and facilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
