Our client is currently seeking to recruit Business Management Analyst who will play a critical role through the provision of skilled technical and analytical support across the UK and International Origination. Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring and tracking of control Issues in accordance with defined frameworks and challenge the solutions delivered against the actions
• Identification of areas of weaknesses through consistent and thorough monitoring and tracking of remediation plans
• Pro-actively engage with business areas to support Action Remediation, Resolution, Monitoring and Tracking
• Support Senior Management in implementing the Conduct Risk framework across Origination and take primary responsibility for reviewing and challenging agreed Conduct Risk control frameworks through desktop based testing of all Origination teams
• Develop and maintain relationships at senior and peer level across assigned regional areas in order to ensure the business are compliant with Group Policy requirements and that new policies are reviewed and appropriately embedded
• Act as point of contact for all technical queries and provide general support to teams within area of responsibility
This role requires someone with experience of working in a risk environment within Corporate Banking Oversight and Control their senior leadership teams and an awareness of the Regulatory environment and key legislation.
