Our client is currently seeking to recruit for the role of Delivery and Control Analyst who will be working as part of the BCBS 239 Programme Delivery Control (PDC) team, reporting to the Programme Delivery and Control Lead. Responsibilities include:

• Provide advice on what change route is appropriate.
• Review formal Change Routes and ‘normal project activity’ database update requests to ensure all documentation and supporting evidence is complete.
• Ensure all changes are made in the gaps databases in accordance with the approved Change Route / Database Update.
• Save all supporting evidence for the approved Change Route / Database Update onto the PDC Sharepoint site in an organised and logical way.
• Update the Change Route / Database Update logs with all required details.
• Ensure that all evidence required to support the gap analysis phase of work is stored in the BCBS 239 Programme Sharepoint site in an organised and logical way.
• Ensure that all evidence required to support the Deliverable Definition Template phase of work is stored in the BCBS 239 Programme Sharepoint site in an organised and logical way.
• Ensure that standardised columns are populated only with allowable entries.
• Work with the individual verticals to correct non-compliance.
• Generate daily and periodic metrics from the gaps databases.

This role requires someone who is highly organised and methodical as well as well as being able to critically review and challenge evidence presented to them without being an expert in the content.
