Business Manager–High Growth Institutional banking business unit recruitment
Reporting to the General Manager of this internationally focused business unit you would be responsible for the delivery of the business objectives by ensuring that the Leadership Team is able to operate efficiently and effectively, and to ensure operational and strategic alignment across the enterprise.
This is a highly visible role with responsibility for maintaining strong and effective key relationships at Group Executive level within the organisation and extensive engagement with both internal and external business partners both domestic and international.
The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability, preferably gained within a financial services consultancy or strategy group within banking. You must have superior communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively operate, present, influence and negotiate at a senior level. This role is results focused and demands high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise within a collaborative team. A broad-based view of issues, events and activities with an understanding of their wider business implications will be highly valued. Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential with post graduate level well regarded.
