Risk Manager recruitment
An outstanding opportunity exists within a Physical Commodity Trading team based in Singapore. Our client is a leading listed organization with operations across South East Asia. This position comes with excellent benefits, competitive remuneration and an ideal working location.
Assisting the CRO in managing the commodity trading risk management team based in Singapore, this role covers Market Risk, Operational Risk and Business Risk.
Key duties involved in this position include;
- Supervising the risk management team;
- Develop and maintain risk management policies, including trading authorizations and risk limits and owning the pricing/valuations models plus metrics and models sued to quantify market risk;
- Conduct control self-assessment for the business.
To be successful in this role you must possess a degree in Banking, Business or Finance coupled with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role. In addition to this you must have at least 5 years of risk management experience in physical commodity trading and at least 3 years supervisory experience.
