Position Description:
This position is an ?advanced? experience level hands-on position. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background managing budgets and actual expenditures from a variety of sources including, but not limited to, hardware/software/maintenance purchases or licenses, contingent labor and FTEs, TE expenses and ad hoc expenses. The candidate will have a solid business management background and a firm grasp on the implications of financial budgets, headcount requirements, invoicing, asset management, onboarding, offboarding of resources and other expenses associated with operating business. Additionally the candidate will have a breath of experience of working with mangers within the group, with oversight and support personnel from other groups and with external vendors. The candidate will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills that are required for socializing approach and generating report materials as well as working with managers and vendors on managing resources.

Responsibilities:
Finance:
? Broad mixture of management information and planning responsibilities related to financial and resource management, including data analysis and modeling
? Work with mangers to develop and manage budgets; work with mangers to develop and obtain authorization for exceptions
? Manage invoices, expenditure requests to be reviewed, approved expenditures and budgets through the lifecycle
? Development and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, financial and production metrics
? Oversight of financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and YTD financial analysis
? Interaction with IT procurement around hardware, software and consultant manpower spend
? Develop/create management reports as needed from disparate sources and reconcile differences

Resource Management:
? Manage / track resource changes from hiring managers, resource roster open hires, resource plans and budgets
? Work with hiring managers to meet resource needs as per the plan and ensure financial, headcount and resource mix targets are met
? Management of resource planning and project cost control procedures
? Interaction with resource vendors and recruiting managers in execution of resource plans
? Develop/create management reports as needed from disparate sources and reconcile differences

Skills Required:
- University degree
- Min 3-5 years business management
- Previous experience with forecast, budget and financial reporting processes
- Previous experience with resource management
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting
- Analytical and technical skills; methodical problem solving
