Senior Analyst, Finance Change, Migration - Sub-Ledger - Investment Banking, City c£110k
Tier 1 Investment Bank in the City are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on its Finance Change Programme. The successful Analyst will work on a massive programme to replace the general ledger. The workstream will look at the data implications of this change and the Business Analyst will have a very good understanding of the data flows and feeds through to the ledgers and the current risk architecture, working with the data sourcing teams to ensure all implications of the conversion and migration are covered. On a daily basis as the Senior Analyst you will be responsible for developing business requirements, documentation, process and data analysis. You will also liaise with programme managers, project managers, analysts, developers to ensure that IT building line with the requirements raised. Also you will work with the Test Manager to define testing requirements. Ideal will be that you have a professional Accounting qualification, a strong background in Investment Banking (Global Markets), broad understanding of the Finance – CTB function and knowledge of the regulatory and accounting processing and reporting requirements. Management experience will also be useful – an ability to lead others. The manager is looking for an experienced and driven candidate, who will take this role forward and develop their career further.
