Business Manager/Operations Risk & Control
You will be required to work closely with senior stakeholders from across the business in order to conduct reviews, and implement new controls processes in order ensure financial and operational risks are mitigated in line with regulatory guidelines.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to display skills and experience of the following:
- Extensive experience within financial services - ideally within a global organisation, with complex organisational structures.
- Strong Business Management/Risk Controls experience.
- Excellent experience/knowledge of Operations/Trade Support/Middle Office.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to produce and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience of operating across the business and technology.
- Solid understanding of regulatory guidelines impacting the Capital Markets industry.
- Experience of conducting business process reviews and delivering strategic change.
