Business Marketing Manager – International Banking recruitment

Job Description

* Reporting to Head of Segment Marketing Alliances, Singapore
* Develop and define value proposition for International Banking (IB) customers.
* Conceptualise and execute segment marketing campaigns for the IB segment, in line with business objectives and goals, including:
o Manage total branding for this segment to ensure consistency and high awareness
o Drive lead generation, acquisition, onboarding and engagement through marketing campaigns
o Develop and implement end-to-end IB marketing communications
o Organise events, including investment seminars, segment events, festive season celebrations, and product launches
* Continuously improve marketing processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency

Key Roles Responsibilities

Planning, Budgets, Reports and Accountability
* Ensure annual and quarterly marketing plans are agreed with Segment Head, and completed as planned
* Measure and report on effectiveness (ROI) of marketing activities, events and campaigns to improve resource allocation, efficiency, revenue generation and customer experience
* Manage budgets and vendor relationships
Program Management and Execution
* Work with Segment Head, product teams and Business Intelligence to identify determine best marketing programs to achieve business objectives (including new-to-bank acquisition, segment upgrades, retention, margin improvement, cross-sell, and up-sell)
* Work with preferred vendors or channel partners to execute marketing program.
* Drive leads generation through strategic business tie ups and MGM campaign.
* Implementation of On-Boarding program
* Create and organize events to drive acquisition and engagement.
* Manage segment campaigns end-to-end, including frontline engagement and Operations fulfilment
* Ensure compliance with Bank' marketing standards, Cross border regulations and sensitivities, and ensure consistent messaging to customers
Marketing collaterals across respective segments
* Ensure adequate levels of marketing collateral to support local marketing requirements
* Work with internal customers on collateral requirements (e.g. posters, brochures, take-ones, etc.)
* Create localized collaterals where necessary to support local sales, e.g. direct mailers, web content, etc.
* Ensure segment pages on the Bank's websites are current, relevant and engaging
Merchandising
* Responsible for ensuring adherence to prestige merchandising guidelines for all external materials
* Co-ordinate hub branding strategy

Qualifications Skills

* Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
* Significant relevant experience in marketing experience in financial services.
* Strong business acumen, combined with high levels of creativity
* Team player who is capable of working independently and is energetic, enthusiastic, tenacious and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent Stakeholder management skills
* Good sense of overall strategy, combined with relentless focus on timely and high-quality execution
* Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver on multiple projects under tight timelines
* Strong verbal and written communications skills, with eye for details
* Significant experience in negotiation with external parties and developing mutually beneficial partnerships.
